The Gables HOA General Membership Meeting
July 18th, 7 PM at the Keller Williams on 610
An HOA General Membership meeting was held Tuesday,
July 18th at 7 PM in the Keller & Williams’ office on 610. (Across the
street from Merchant Tire and Auto and near Heaven Coffee and More shop)
We discussed many things affecting our community - budget (dues!),
guidelines and covenants and other things.
We look forward to seeing you there!

submit any suggestions/questions you have for inclusion in the agenda.
HOA Board Meetings
Beginning in August HOA Board meetings will be held
monthly at 7 PM on the third Monday. (location to be
determined) These are OPEN meetings, if you would like to attend, please
email me, Johnnie, or Jim and let us know so we can keep you up to date as
to where we will be meeting. (some lucky volunteer’s home)
Neighborhood Communication
To keep down costs, we would like to use our website and
email to get news out.

HOA Dues
Everyone should have received a new coupon booklet.
Use the coupon booklet and envelopes only if you are mailing in a check or
money order.
If you are using an internet or online bill payment service,
continue to send your payment to:

Make the check payable to The Gables HOA, INC. and be sure to note your
lot number on the check.
Landmarc also offers ACH transactions. Contact Brandy at 540-371-3406 ext.
210 for account information.
Trash and recycling containers
If you still have a Waste Management recycling or trash
container, please call Waste Management at (800) 969-2069 to coordinate
for pick up (HOA will be charged for any containers not returned).
New trash company is Caroline Disposal (Brenda) (540) 841-4395.
Wednesday - trash and recycling pick up and Saturday – trash pick up.
