NOTE 1: Reserve Fund is necessary to
repair/maintain all Homeowner Association assets to include: fence
installed by Augustine Homes, mail boxes, gazebo, irrigation system,
monuments, walking path, sidewalks, etc.
NOTE 2: Landscaping proposals have ranged from
$3000 to $9000 for the season. There is a minimum fee to maintain water
and electric meter necessary for irrigation system. Stafford County also
requires an annual backflow valve inspection on irrigation systems.
