Minutes of Meeting held 10/05/06 at Cruzan's House

Tammy Breen of Landmarc management distributed Landscape proposal submitted by Pine Ridge.

Jim briefed about the financial status of the HOA. We do not secure enough money in dues payments to meet the current financial obligations, or to improve any areas of the community.

Jim Davis depicted how several different proposed solutions would impact the HOA and motioned to increase dues to $65 per month per member. Motion was seconded. Mark Murphy stated that he believed it best not to raise the dues. Motion carried and dues were raised to $65 per month per member.

Jennifer Pylar suggested we have a community clean up day to save money.
