Minutes of Meeting held 1/28/07 at Yacone's House

Homeowners Present:

We agreed to approve mowing contract from Property Maintenance. Tammy Breen was notified to inform them we would like them to mow, but we would pay after each service rather than to pay entire amount up front.

Becky was asked to get an estimate on maintenance contract for our community irrigation system and proposal for mulching, over seeding (hydroseeding) and tree maintenance as well as chemical applications to improve the appearance of the common area.

HOA General Membership meeting was scheduled for 7 PM 3/1 at the Gardens of Stafford (across the street).

Upon review of the Bylaws and Guidelines, it was determined that each Board member position term is annual. Elections for Board members must be held every year at the General Membership meeting.
