Minutes of Meeting held 6/01/06 at Jim Davis’ House

Minutes from 4/30/06 were read and approved.

Discussed using emails and newsletters to communicate with homeowners.

Discussion web for Homeowners only was approved.  (cannot get password protection to work, but Becky is working on getting this feature functioning)

 HOA meeting with all homeowners was scheduled for 7 PM, July 17^th, MBES was unavailable during summer break. Tammy Breen coordinated for meeting to occur at Keller Williams office on 610. Because of scheduling conflict at that location meeting date was changed to July 18^th. 

Landscape front area and area in front of SWM being mowed, trimmed and edged by Property Maintenance Co.

Jennifer Pylar, a realtor and homeowner in The Gables, asked about price of Disclosure packets.

According to follow up email with Landmarc: Disclosure Packet Fee is $100 

Requests for disclosure packages should specify the community and property (Lot number)  for which the request is made and be mailed with payment to:

Jennifer also suggested a community clean up day.

Jim Davis reported that Landmarc confirms that we received all funds due from Cardinal management. 

It was decided that the HOA Board would have open meetings on the 3^rd Monday (now the 3^rd Thursday?) of each month starting in August. (July’s meeting was the HOA general meeting and August’s meeting was cancelled due to lack of Quorum. Jim and Johnnie were out of town on business.)
