Quorum was achieved.

Johnnie Vina introduced himself and requested that we turn off all cell
phones and pagers and keep the meeting and our comments short.
Agenda was reviewed and introductions made.
Tammy Breen of Landmarc management explained the role of management in HOA.
ARC applications, violation letters, dues, financial reports, contract
administration, solicitation of contracts, taxes, audit, insurance,
reserves, pay bills, etc.
Jim briefed about the financial status of the HOA. We do not secure enough
money in dues payments to meet the current financial obligations, or to
improve any areas of the community.
Discussion was about how much to increase the dues to: Jim Davis suggested
$60 per month and Dave Pylar suggested $75 per month. Suggestion was made
for a one time special assessment to build up funds.
Discussion about changing covenants. John Lee was concerned that all
homeowners participate in making changes to covenants, not just a few
making the decision for all.
Jennifer Pylar suggested we remove photos of the children from our
website. (Becky removed photos immediately.)
Someone suggested ARC application fee. Discussion: Concern that Homeowners
will not submit applications any way and fee might further discourage
homeowners.
Discussion about standards for lawn maintenance: Weeds, how often to cut
the grass.
Dave Pylar noted that he had purchased fence like that already in the
neighborhood from
