Minutes of Meeting held 9/21/06

There will be a meeting of the general membership 7 PM, October 5^th.

 (Thank you to Darren and Christina for offering to open your home to all of us for this meeting.)

We will vote to increase the HOA dues at this meeting, so your attendance is appreciated. 

Please read the guidelines provided to you at closing and talk with your neighbors BEFORE you install anything on your property. 

Some comments/suggestions received by the HOA board from our neighbors include:

• IAW our covenants - Trash cans should be screened from public view on non trash collection days. (Public view can be defined as - your trash can is clearly visible to anyone driving past your home.) If you are unable to keep your trash can(s) in your garage, please try to screen it from public view by placing it on the side of the house, perhaps behind a shrub. Talk with Darren Cruzan, Amy Harrison or Melanie Forgas the members of our Architectural Review Committee, if you need further assistance, or have special circumstances. 

• Community Clean-up day – We are looking for a volunteer to coordinate this effort. If you are interested, please contact me before the 10/5 meeting. 

• Please maintain the yard outside the picket fence to the curb around your home and property. Keep it mowed and trimmed on the same regular schedule as your yard inside the fence. 

Thank you to the homeowners who participated in the Board meeting by attending or sending their comments to us.
